5 Minute Morning Affirmations Meditation
A 5 minute morning affirmations meditation spoken slowly enough to feel, not shouted as hype. Short true sentences for the body to try on: you are here, you are allowed to begin, you do not have to be finished to be worthy of a good morning.
Before you begin
Sit. Repeat inwardly only the lines that feel honest. Skip the rest. Honesty is the affirmation.

To begin this morning, sit up. Open the palms.
Whatever that looks like for you.
When the body feels ready, softly close your eyes.
With your eyes closed, turn inward, into the chest.
First affirmation: I am here.
Let it be true in the chest, not only the head.
Second: I can meet this.
Feel that sentence land in the spine.
Third: I allow good.
Including the good already here.
Live them in the breath, not as a wish against your life.
And let them be agreements.
Continue now, quieter: I am here.
I can meet this. I allow good.
What do you notice as they settle?
Just receive. Accept. Allow. No forcing.
Keeping your eyes closed, include the room around you.
As if the morning could hear you, and simply allow it.
There is nothing to prove. Nothing to perform.
If the mind argues, that is okay. Return to one sentence.
Stay with I am here, I can meet this, I allow good.
You let these be true. Including yourself.
Now let attention travel back. Roll the shoulders. Wiggle the fingers.
Say one of them aloud, then open your eyes to the day.
