5 Minute Meditation for Manifesting
A 5 minute meditation for manifesting that means aligning attention with a life you can actually inhabit — not begging the universe. Feel the body as the first manifestation already here. Bring one honest desire. Breathe as if it were becoming true, without the theater.

To begin this meditation for manifesting, sit in a way you can inhabit, not perform.
Whatever that looks like for you.
When your body feels ready, you may softly close your eyes.
With your eyes closed, take a moment to feel the body as the first thing already real.
First, bring to mind one honest desire. Not a shopping list. One.
Ask: how would I breathe if this were already becoming true? Breathe that way now, without theater.
What else — how would the shoulders rest, if you were becoming that person?
What is it like to practice presence, not pleading?
You become available to what you practice.
Let the desire rest in the chest like a seed, not a demand.
This is not shopping-list magic. It is aligning attention with a life you can actually inhabit.
You can move toward it in the next ordinary hour.
What do you notice when the wish is honest, and small enough to live?
Just observe. Accept. And allow. No bargaining with the universe.
Keeping your eyes closed, allow your awareness to include the room around the body.
The chair or floor. The ordinary air. And you, already here, already able to act.
There is nothing to conjure. There is one next step waiting after this.
If your mind wanders into a list, that is okay. Return to the one desire.
Being connected to the breath, the seed in the chest, and this seated body.
You let becoming be practiced. Including yourself.
Now let your attention travel back. Feel the sit bones. Wiggle the fingers.
Open your eyes. Do one aligned action today, however small. That is the work.
