To begin this abundance meditation, sit palms open. Receiving, not grabbing.
Whatever that looks like for you.
When your body feels ready, you may softly close your eyes.
Turn toward what is already coming — breath, light, ordinary help.
First, feel the palms. Soft. Not clenched. Able to hold what arrives.
Abundance here is not a grab. Permission to receive what is already coming.
What is already arriving that grabbing mind keeps missing?
Name one real thing you can receive today. Not a lottery. A life.
Open palms do more than a fist. A fist cannot take a gift.
Rest in receiving. Let the next good thing land without chase.
If scarcity talks, thank it, and return the hands to open.
You can meet what is coming without hunting it down.
Feel breath arrive without fetching it. That is abundance, already.
You are not empty. You are between gifts, with room in the hands.
Receive. Allow. No clutch. Letting enough be enough for this hour.
Keeping eyes closed, include the room. It already offers floor, air, time.
If the mind starts shopping the future, come back to open palms.
Nothing to snatch. There is something to stop blocking.
If the fists close, okay. Open them. Receive the next breath.
Let the hands stay open. Including the part still afraid.
Now let attention travel back — shoulders, fingers, palms still soft.
Take this receiving with you as you open your eyes.
