5 Minute Guided Chakra Balance Meditation
A five-minute tour of seven stations from base to crown, named simply and without force. Quiet counts. Balance means no station left unvisited, not a fireworks show.

To begin this chakra balance meditation, sit tall, in a way you can sustain.
Whatever that looks like for you — chair, cushion, floor.
When your body feels ready, you may softly close your eyes.
With your eyes closed, take a moment to turn inward, without forcing a vision.
First, the base of the spine — a sense of earth. Quiet. Ordinary. Enough.
Lower belly — a sense of flow. Solar plexus — a quiet ember, not a fire.
What else — heart warmth, throat space, brow as soft seeing, crown as open sky?
What is it like to visit seven centers the way you might touch seven quiet bells?
You do not have to feel fireworks. Knowing each place is enough.
Balance is not all centers shouting. It is none of them abandoned.
Breathe as if a single thread ran from earth to sky through you.
You are one instrument, tuned enough for today.
What do you notice when you stop hunting for a special sensation?
Just observe. Accept. And allow. No medical claim. No display.
Keeping your eyes closed, allow your awareness to include the space around the body.
Sit bones and crown at once. The room around you. And you, simply seated.
There is nothing to open by force. There is nothing to judge.
If your mind wanders, that is okay. Return to one bell — any one — then the whole.
Being connected to earth, sky, and this brief honest sweep through the centers.
You let the instrument be enough. Including yourself.
Now let your attention travel back. Feel the sit bones. Wiggle the fingers if you wish.
Take this quiet thread with you, as you slowly open your eyes to the room.
