To begin this cleanse meditation, sit as if rinsing static — not dirt.
Whatever that looks like for you.
When your body feels ready, you may softly close your eyes.
Turn attention to the crown, as if cool air gathered there.
First, notice static as extra charge — leftover hurry — not a stain.
You are not dirty. You are carrying weather. Weather can move.
Let that cool gather at the crown. No scrubbing. Only a downward rinse.
What is it like to let extra charge leave through the feet?
From crown to brow, throat, chest — rinse, do not judge.
Through belly, hips, legs. Static can travel out. You can stay.
If a story calls you unclean, thank it, and return to the rinse.
This is downward kindness. Not punishment. Not a proof.
Feel the soles. Let whatever is extra leave into the floor.
Crown to feet, once more — slower. Charge moving. You remain.
Observe. Allow. No verdict on worth. Letting the static go first.
Keeping the eyes closed, include the space around the body — clearer now.
The room can hold what you set down. You need not carry it in teeth.
There is nothing to scrub. There is extra to release.
If the mind dirties the story, that is okay. Crown, then feet.
Let the static leave. Let yourself remain.
Now let attention travel back — shoulders, fingers, toes — still quiet.
Take this rinsed attention with you as you open your eyes.
