Exhausted but can't fully rest? This 20-minute Yoga Nidra meditation — also known as Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) — gives your body the equivalent of two hours of sleep without you needing to fall asleep at all. Just lie down, close your eyes, and let this guide do the work.
In this session you'll move through a full body rotation of awareness, breath counting, and opposite sensation practice — the classic Yoga Nidra sequence that takes your nervous system into its deepest state of restoration. You'll also set a sankalpa (heartfelt intention) that plants itself in your subconscious during the practice.
